Does one plan work across Mac, Windows, and the web dashboard?

Yes. PrintScreen.ly Pro covers the Mac app, Windows app, and the web dashboard on your own devices. Pro is limited to 10 active devices at a time and currently includes up to 2 GB of synced screenshot storage per account.

How do I get a refund?

Email support@bravely.dev with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We honor full refunds for 30 days, no questions asked.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Account in the web dashboard and choose Manage Subscription. You can cancel, update payment details, or download invoices there — or email us and we'll handle it.

Where does PrintScreen.ly save screenshots?

Desktop captures save wherever you tell the app to save them. On Mac the default is ~/Pictures/PrintScreen.ly. On Windows the default is your Pictures\Screenshots folder. Mobile captures save to Photos or your gallery unless you choose to upload them.

I bought Pro, but it is not active on this device — what should I do?

Sign in with the Bravely Account tied to your purchase. If Pro still does not appear after a minute, email support@bravely.dev from the address you used at checkout and we'll help reactivate the right account.

Does PrintScreen.ly upload my screenshots anywhere?

Not by default. Local captures stay on your device unless you sign in and explicitly use cloud upload or enable cloud sync. If you do, the uploaded screenshots are stored in your account so they can appear on your other devices and in the web dashboard.

How much cloud storage does Pro include?

PrintScreen.ly Pro currently includes up to 2 GB of synced screenshot storage per account. The web dashboard and supported apps show your current usage so you can manage uploads before you hit the limit.

What analytics do you use?

PrintScreen.ly uses anonymous traffic counts and privacy-conscious product analytics to understand feature usage and reliability. Supported apps and the web dashboard include a setting to turn product analytics off. We do not send screenshot contents, filenames, or clipboard data to analytics.

How do I delete my account and synced data?

Open the web dashboard and use Settings → Delete Account, or email support@bravely.dev. Account deletion removes your sessions, device registrations, and associated dashboard data. Screenshots deleted through the product are removed from active use immediately and purged from storage by our background cleanup flow within 30 days.

What happens to my cloud screenshots if Pro ends?

Your Pro-only cloud and cross-device features may stop working when billing ends, but PrintScreen.ly does not promise automatic deletion of synced screenshots solely because a subscription lapsed. If you want your cloud data removed, delete the screenshots you no longer want or delete your account.
